Human male patrol captain. The party first met him after saving Rufus from an attack by the Last Laugh.
He intervened in Session 8 - The Flood Festival after the Stormblades picked a fight with the Stormhammers, saving the party from spending the night in jail. He told them that the Stormblades tend to have free reign of the town because of their rich and influential families. He said that as a city guard, it was frustrating because they constantly flaunt and ignore the law.
Was saved by the party in Session 27 - Riot after he attempted to arrest Maavu, and was trapped and attacked in the ensuing angry mob of rioters.
