The demon lord general of a vast army of demons that attacked the area hundreds of years ago. They were defeated by Surabar Spellmason, who rallied regular citizens to stand against the demon horde and fight them back.
Aggannar met his demise in a one-on-one fight with Spellmason, after Spellmason cast the demon lord into a huge ravine. The ravine is now known as the Demonskar.
Each year during the Demonskar Ball someone wears a costume and pretends to be Aggannar during a dance re-enactment of his final battle with Spellmason. Yggdrasil had this honour when the party attended the Ball.
