The party heard two suspicious people who seemed to be eavesdropping on them mention this name. They don't know any more than that.

Update: suspect in the umber hulk attack that destroyed a great deal of city property, and injured several civilians. After the incident, rumors have spread on the streets that Maavu was seen fleeing the city on the back of a horse with clouds instead of hooves. These reports have not officially been confirmed or verified by anyone, however.
